Cead Mile Failte. A hundred thousand welcomes. I am keeping this bog as an account of my time spent in Galway, Ireland. On January 3 I am leaving the univeristy I attend, Penn State, behind and will embark on a semester abroad. I am very excited, if not a bit nervous to be traveling so far from home for the first time — and for so long. However, I am also really looking forward to this experience. I am hoping to make the most of this opportunity and invite you to share in everything with me. Once I get to Ireland I will try to update at least two times a week and I will also post photos!
